We provide Consulting and Analysis services starting from our clients' requirements, aiming at identifying the best route available based on time-frame and budget. We also offer an online system for tracking shipments, providing status and full details.

Through our global network, D.B. Group supports customers in analysing and planning the flow of production and information to provide highly personalized and integrated logistics solutions matched with a fast and timely service.
CUSTOMS PLANNING
For any international forwarder, customs controls must be addressed. At D.B. Group, we see them as the opportunity for reaping big benefits for our clients. Our customs consulting service, which integrates both shipping and logistics, is a D.B. Group key strength. Our in-house multi-disciplinary staff with senior experience works with clients in analysing their needs and any fiscal/customs complexities. Such integration means we provide real assistance for all areas of the business involved in goods import-export. Within this ‘partnership’ feel, we add a value that has always characterized how we work with our clients. Plus, our warehousing facilities give the opportunity to use Customs Bonded or Fiscal Warehouses.
Last but not least, we are Authorized Economic Operators (AEO) in Italy and C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) certified.

TRACKING SYSTEM
We offer two different tracking systems: Free Access (you access the Track & Trace service just with the shipment number), and Reserved Access (user name and password).
REPORTING
Through our reporting system, clients can see statistics also on: the number of shipments, weight, number of parcels, TEUS, destinations, origins, transit times, number of invoices issued. Also, if you register for Reserved Track and Trace service, you can download the shipment documents, save them to a spreadsheet, and use them for your internal data analysis.
