Browsing data

During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data, whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not gathered in order to be associated with specific data subjects, but its nature could enable users to be identified. This category includes IP addresses, or the domain names of computers used by users who connect with the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of requested resources, the time the request is made, the method used to submit the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the response status from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment. This data is used for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information regarding the use of the web site and to check that the site is operating correctly.
Such data could be used to establish responsibility in the event of hypothetical IT crimes that damage the web site.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

We will process data that site users have voluntarily sent us, such as through the contact or registration form (ex: name or e-mail).

1. To respond to inquiries you send us by email or other means. To execute a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request.

For the time necessary to carry out the individual processing activities.

2. To monitor and track the behaviour of those who access the site, collecting and recording browsing data (such as pages visited) in aggregate form only to improve the user experience.

3. To send you our newsletter with informative and promotional content. To send you the newsletter we use Pardot, a software provided by Salesforce.com, inc. 

Through Pardot, we will be able to see if and when you opened the email we sent you, and if you clicked on any links included in the email itself.

You have the right to withdraw any consent you may have given us at any time. 

If you have purchased our services, we will be able to send you the newsletter based on Article 130, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (the "Privacy Code").

Until you revoke your consent to receive the newsletter, save the technical times necessary for cancellation and subject to periodic checks of newsletter subscriber lists. You are under no obligation to provide us your data. If you do not provide them, you will not be able to receive the newsletter.
