We inform you that, in accordance with the directions of President Donald Trump, the USTR has determined that the rate of additional duties imposed on the Fourth List of goods has been increased from 10% to 15%.
Therefore:
- Starting on September 1st, 2019 all goods pertaining to Annex A and B will be subject to an additional duty of 15% instead of 10%;
- Starting on December 15, 2019 all goods pertaining to Annex C and D will be subject to an additional duty of 15% instead of 10%.
