D. B. Group Italia has been named "National Champion" in the "Customer Focus" category at the European Business Awards 2015, the annual prize which, since 2007, has awarded accolades to the most innovative, ethical and successful business models on the continent. D. B. The Group was considered by the internal jury of EBA to be a creator of important "best practices" in managing customer requests. We want to dedicate the award to our people, who are the real engine of customer satisfaction, solving critical issues and acting as partners in creating new opportunities.
