The “Values in Action” Award is a way of celebrating those who have contributed most to sharing the D.B. Group’s vision, both inside and outside our organization, through their approach, ideas, commitment and perseverance. The awards apply to both individuals and teams.

Our annual “Values in Action” award is open to everyone everywhere. Its basic assumptions are clear and simple: with the award, we want to give recognition to those who have managed to get the most out of our vision, understanding and applying it to the best.
The evaluation method is "scientific" and identifies precise objectives for each role within the organization, measuring their achievement during the year. For the last edition of the Award, we decided to introduce the "Team Award" category to underline how effective and inspired teamwork is just as essential as individual talent.
